IMPORTANT: Geospatial services will experience an outage from Friday, May 15th 6:00 PM until Sunday, May 17th 5:30 PM.
Any Right of Way functions that rely on geospatial data, such as drawing project boundaries for draft applications or searching for locations of applications/permits, will not be available during that period.
ROW E-Permitting is an online resource used to apply for and research information about Right of Way Occupancy Permits (ROW Permits). ROW E-Permitting is also used for ROW Permit transfers and extensions, scheduling pre-construction meetings and inspections, and submitting required documentation and insurance renewals.
How to Use ROW E-Permitting
ROW E-Permitting is easy and convenient. For the best experience, the District recommends that new users review available helpful tips for use of the system prior to filing an application. There is also a user’s guide for the mapping tool in ROW E-Permitting. The mapping tool identifies the location of proposed work in or use of the District’s right of way. Other useful information and documents are available from the “Help” drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Payment is required at the time an application is filed using the ROW E-Permitting system. The payment must be made by the party who completes and submits the online application. There is no means for one party to enter the application information and for another party to make the required payment. Payment may be made by credit card or e-check.
Please note that online permitting may be unavailable due to maintenance on Thursday evenings between 5:30 and 6:30 PM.
