Existing or Proposed Permits

Describe in general terms the proposed project, system, or activity.
The enclosed application requests a modification to the existing Conceptual Permit No. 49-100503-P/Application No. 190110-1099 for the Fontana project, a 677.4± acres mixed use development, that includes single and multi-family residential, community and commercial centers, a school site and related off-site road improvements. As discussed with District Staff during the September 2, 2020 preapplication meeting and in subsequent discussion with Staff, this modification includes changes to the previously permitted project to include grading and drainage facilities for a future commercial marina, to be permitted separately, at the southwest corner of the project site. Modifications to the previously approved conceptual mass grading plans include the addition of one wet detention pond, revised mass grading to accommodate the future marina, access road and parking, and a related future commercial facility. Revised and updated stormwater management system calculations are provided demonstrating that the project remains consistent with the previously permitted water quality, discharge rate and floodplain compensating storage volume requirements.

Please identify by number any MSSW/Wetland resource/ERP/ACOE Permits pending, issued or denied for projects at the location, and any related enforcement actions.
